Ingredients
Add 1tbsp of vanilla extract and 1tbsp of cinnamon.
Directions
Mix oats, flax seed, coconut and pecans in a medium mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract. Coat the dry mixture with the honey-oil mix. Bake on a sheet at 325 for 20 min. stirring every 5 min. Add dry fruit of choice and store in an airtight bowl or bag.
