Baked Cinnamon Swirl French Toast

1 loaf cinnamon swirl bread (I used Pepperidge Farm)1 cup raisins6 eggs3 cups 1% milk2 tsp vanilla extractcinnamon sugar
1. Cut bread into cubes and place in greased baking dish.
2. Spread raisins evenly throughout bread.
3. Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla.
4. Sprinkle bread and raisins with a little cinnamon sugar.
5. Pour milk mixture over bread.
6. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or four a couple hours).
7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Top with syrup, butter, whatever you want (not included in nutritional info)
