1 medium onion (quartered and steamed)2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 cup soy milk10.5 oz silken tofu1.5 large tomato (quartered)1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp dried basil1/2 tsp white pepper
Directions
Makes 4 cups (1/2 cup per serving)
Put all ingredients into "blendtec blender" and press soups button.
