Tofu Fried Rice

Ingredients
Tofu, soft, 1 blockBroccoli, fresh, 2 bunch*Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving*Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cupSesame Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)*Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Garlic, .25 cupYellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 2 serving
Directions
Cut broccoli, onions, peppers, and tofu into bite size pieces. Heat oil in skillet and cook tofu, onions, broccoli, and peppers. Cook rice. Add rice to skillet with garlic and soy sauce. Cook for a few minutes until all is hot.
