Chicken, Potato, and Black Bean Medley in Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1 pound of boneless skinless chicken breast2 large potatos, peeled and chopped1 can of black bean rinsed and drained2 chipotle peppers, minced (out of a can of Embasa Chipotle Peppers in adobo )1 roasted red pepper chopped (trader joe's has them in a can)1 lemon6 cloves of garlic minced 2 tsp of all spice (can get at a mediterranean store or other ethinic store) 2 tsp of salt 2 tsp of pepper2 tsp of ground cumin1 cube of chicken boullion
Directions
1. add first the chicken, sprinkle HALF of each: all spice, salt, pepper, minced garlic

2. add the potatoes, the rest of the all spice, salt, pepper, minced garlic, and cumin. add the chipotle peppers, the roasted red pepper.

3. add the cube of chicken boullion, seperating it as you add to the mixture. squeeze the lemon on top at the entire mixture. set the crock pot to low for 6 hours.

4. After 6 hours, serve and enjoy! :)
