Healthy Sausage "McBiscuit"

Ingredients
1 sandwich thin (Nature Valley or Arnold... same calories for both)1 egg, poached1 veggie sausage patty (Morningstar Farms)
Directions
To make this healthy sandwich, you just need to poach your egg and microwave the veggie sausage patty. Toast your bread if you would like. You can add cheese, but this will add an additional 100 calories and lots of fat. Put it all together and YUM. :) Have some Dannon light and fit yogurt on the side and you will have a well-rounded breakfast high in protein and vitamins.
