Indian Style Spicy Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt3 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon garam masala or Indian spice mix2 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 (1-inch) piece ginger, gratedSalt and pepper to taste4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Directions
Put yogurt, oil, garam masala, garlic, ginger, and salt and pepper into a bowl and stir to make a marinade. Marinate cubed chicken for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

Skewer chicken and grill until cooked through.
