Bread Pudding

Ingredients
2 cups Milk2 eggs, slightly beaten1/2 cup Splenda1 Tbsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp salt3 cups soft bread cubes1 Tbsp butter
Directions
Combine milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and salt in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Beat with a rotary beater or wisk. Stir in bread cubes. Optional - add raisins and/or mini chocolate chips (not included in nutrition).

Microwave for about 25 minutes on 50% power, or until almost set in center. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

I sometime use leftover biscuits, muffins, cake or pancakes, whatever. This is what my grandmother did.
