1 can drained, water packed tuna2 tbsp diced onion2 tbsp low fat dressingThomas Whole Grain English Muffin1 slice fat free cheese
Mix tuna, onion, and dressing together. Toast English Muffin. Put tuna on one half of English Muffin and add cheese slice on top. Place top of English muffin over cheese.

I just made this recipe for lunch....it's very good! I added shredded carrot in with the tuna and then topped the sandwich with lettuce and tomato. Overall, a healthy and delicious lunch! will be making this again! - 5/17/10
