Seekh Kababs (Beef)

Ingredients
2 pounds ground beef2 teaspoons garlic, crushed2 teaspoons fresh ginger, ground or finely crushed2 teaspoons salt1 medium onion, very finely chopped1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro1 teaspoon garam masala1 teaspoon paprika
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into long cylinders (like hot dogs). Put on skewers. Grill or bake in the oven at 375 degrees.

makes 32 skewers, serving size 2 skewers

Note: if you don't have skewers, this recipe also works as a patty. Place on a wire rack (with something underneath to catch the fat) for 30 minutes.
