Biggest Loser BBQ Bacon Meat Loaf

Ingredients
olive oil spray1 cup chopped red onion4 slices extra lean turkey bacon, chopped2/3 cup fat free milk1 pound extra lean ground chicken breast2 large egg whites, lightly beaten1 clove fresh garlic, minced1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce1.8 t. salt1/3 cup barbque sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
spray nonstick loaf pan with olive oil spray
Cook bacon and onions with spray in pan.

Combine oats and milk, let mixture stand 3 min, or until oats begin to soften.
Add cooled onion and bacon, then chicken, eggwhites, garlic, worchestershire sauce, and salt. Mix all ingredients well.

Put mixture into laf pan and spread so top is flat. Spread bbq sauce over top.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is completly cooked.
Let loaf sit for 10 minutes before cutting into 8 slices.

2 slices = serving.
