10 Fresh Tomatos chopped2 stalksAsparagus chopped2 Jalopeno peppers chopped 1 bell pepper chopped1/4 cup Mushrooms chopped1 med onion chopped1 large squash chopped1 oz red wine 1 tsp salt1tbsp Italian seasoning3tsp garlic chopped1tbsp red pepper1 cup tomato sauce
chop all ingredents., mix and simmer .... 1 Hour 30 mins. I enjoy this sauce over whole wheat spaghetti
