Ingredients: * *Besan - 1 cup, .75 serving * Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup * Baking Powder, 2 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp * Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup * Soybean Oil, .25 cup * Egg, fresh, 1 medium *
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 205 celcius
Grease and line a 12 muffin, dish
Combine 1st 6 items in a bowl
in separate dish lightly beat egg then add oil and milk
then combine with dry ingredients
pour the batter into muffin dish, 1/4 cup per muffin
Bake 15 to 20 minutes, till golden and cooked.
Serve Immediately
