Garlic Lover's Pasta Salad

Ingredients
* Garlic, 1 clove * Green garlic or Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Broadbeans (fava beans), fresh and prepared, .8 cup * Basil, 2 tbsp * *Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, 1 tsp * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields * Goat Cheese, Soft, 4 oz * Salt, .5 tsp * Pepper, black, .5 tsp * *Pure Wesson - 100% Natural Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp * *Brown Rice Pasta, 4 oz uncooked - makes about 2 cups cooked.
Directions
Prepare the beans and the pasta, then mix all the ingredients together and chill for a few hours. You can serve this warm too but it's best cold.
