Ingredients
Maple Leaf Prime Ground Chicken (ex lean), 226.8 gram(s) White Kidney Beans, 2.27 cupCanned corn, 0.839 cup Shallots, 6 tbsp Cooking Spray (PC Blue Menu Butter Flavour Canola 1 second spray), 4 servingCumin seed, 1 tbsp 365 organic salsa medium, 16 tbspWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Sautee Challots with spices until translucent on low heat. Add raw ground chicken, and sautee together, breaking up pieces.

Once chicken is cooked through, add remaining Salsa, drained canned corn, and drained/rinsed beans. Stir to combine and once the combination begins to bubble, add water.

Simmer on medium for 20 minutes.

Garnish with plain yogurt or sour cream and cilantro. Wonderful on brown rice!
