Green ground turkey enchiladas

1 lb. ground turkey2 (10oz) cans green enchilada sauce (old el paso)11 corn tortillas (mission)1 cup mexican blend cheese1 tomato, chopped1/2 cup onions, choppedsalt, to tastepepper, to tasteonion powdergarlic powdercumin (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat a large pan, spray with non-stick spray. Add the turkey meat and start cooking then when it starts to brown add the onions and tomato. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and the cumin if you like. Heat the tortillas in the microwave and fill them with the meat and roll. In a small baking pan add a little bit of sauce then add the rolled enchiladas and pour the rest of the sauce to cover the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted.
