"creamed" spinach

Ingredients
3 slices turkey bacon (jennie-o)2 oz. sweet roasted red peppers, jarred, chopped16oz. package frozen spinach2 tbs. fat free sour cream1oz. ww cream cheese1/3 cup shredded cheese
Directions
Heat a non stick pan, then add the bacon, peppers. Cook for a few minutes than add the spinach until cooked, add sour cream and cream cheese. Mix until mixed and then add shredded cheese and mix. Turn off pan.
