~ 1 scoop protein powder (any brand name containing a minimum of 25-30 gr of protein per serving)~ 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks~ 1/2 cup frozen mandarin slices (I use canned mandarins that have been rinsed and frozen on a cookie sheet)~ 1/2 cup fresh pineapple juice (no sugar added)~ 1 single serving yogurt (30 grams) (sugar/fat free)
add all ingredients to a blender/mixer, blend until smooth, serve cold & garnish with a fresh orange slice and mint leaf.
