Ingredients
Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 CupsCream Cheese, Fat Free, 16 oz.Butter, 1 TFlour, 2 TGarlic, 5 Cloves, MincedCilantro, Fresh, 2 T Chopped
Directions
Saute garlic in butter. Add flour and stir until you make a Rue. Add Chicken Broth, slowly disolving Rue into the broth. Add cream cheese. Continue stirring until thoroughly mixed and thick.

    This sounded so good and was so much better than I even thought it would be!! I figured it to 8 servings b/c it made so much, and that was still more than enough! I only had 12 oz of cream cheese, so I used a few laughing cow wedges I had w/the cream cheese and it was great. - 2/19/11
