Oat Frittata

Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats1 egg white1/4 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. honey
Directions
Spray a microwave safe bowl with cooking spray. Combine the oats, egg white, and cinnamon in the bowl and stir well. Press the mixture to cover the bottom of the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap (leaving a vent) and microwave on high for 90 seconds. Remove frittata and drizzle with 2 tsp. honey.

Makes 1 serving. 3 WW points.
