Ingredients
1/2 bushel (14 qts) tomatoes6 cups chopped onion4 cups chopped green bell pepper13 large garlic gloves (ground)3 tbls powdered cumin9 tbls red wine vinegar9 tbls vegatable oil3 jalapeno peppers (up to 8 for more spicy)5 yellow peppers without seeds5 tbsp salt1 tsp pepper7 - 4oz cans diced green chiles
Directions
I always leave extra juice out when putting tomatoes into pan - reduces cooking time dramatically. 3-4 hours stirring often. Bottle in Pint Jars.
