Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 whole chicken, washed and skin removed or 4 chicken breasts deboned and skinless cut into strips.Yellow/Red/Orange Bell peppers... use at least 1 cut into stripsAt least 1 cup of salsa2 cups of diced tomatoes1 bag frozen zucchini1 bag frozen brocolli1 tblespn curry and curran1/2 pot of water to cook chicken and veggies in.
Directions
I use a crock pot overnite, 1/2 full of water, add chicken, and all ingredients, cover and slow cook overnite. Or on the stove med. low heat for 2 hours.

I serve with coarse grated pamesean cheese sprinkled over soup in the bowl. Side is a mixed green salad.
