Fresh Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup each sliced green bell pepper and onion4 small roma tomatoes, sliced1/2 cup tomato sauce or pasta sauce1 cup sliced mushrooms1 can (2 cups) canellini (white) beans
Directions
Saute peppers and onions in a bit of water. Add other ingredients. Cook until all veggies are cooked. Serve with rotini pasta. Makes 4 servings.
