Chicken Soy Saute

Ingredients
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch pieces1 tsp. minced garlic1 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. EVOO
Directions
Toss the chicken in the garlic and soy sauce; try to do this at least 15 minutes before cooking so the flavors have a chance to meld. Heat the oil in a skillet. Throw in the chicken and brown until done. Serve with rice, pasta, veggies ... whatever! Makes 4-6 1-cup servings.
