Cracker Crumb Baked Porked Chops

Ingredients
40 oz. pork chops, lean1 C whole wheat flour12 club or butter crackers, crumbled1 t salt1 t pepper1 t garlic powder1 t onion powder2 egg whites1/2 C milk2 T olive oil
Directions
In 9x13 pan or roasting pan, pour 2 T olive oil and spread evenly with a basting brush.

Combine flour, cracker crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic in shallow dish (I use a pie pan). In another shallow dish, whisk together 3 egg whites and the milk.

Dip each pork chop into the egg wash mixture and then dredge in the flour mixture. Place in roasting pan.

Roast in oven at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes depending on the thickness of your pork chops.

Makes 10, 4 oz servings.
