Simple Slaw

Ingredients
1/2 head green cabbage, washed1/2 carrot, peeled and washed1 teaspoon ground black pepper1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes1 tablespoon dried onion flakes1 tablespoon reduced fat olive oil mayo1/4 cup Lite T. Marzetti Slaw Dressing
Directions
Makes 8 3/4 cup servings

1. Slice and chop cabbage
2. Slice carrot down the center lengthwise, then chop into crescent shapes
3. Add pepper, parsley and onion
4. Add mayo and add slaw dressing
5. Mix thoroughly
