Blackberries, fresh, 0.25 cup Huckleberries, fresh 0.25 cupBanana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Honey, 0.5 tbsp Dannon fat free plain yogurt, 0.25 cup

Freeze berries overnight and then blend with other ingredients. Delicious late summer smoothie for those with local fruits to harvest.
