I made this chili tonight, and my husband is hotMAD at me, about how HOT THIS chili IS!! It's BLAZIN HOT!And I only use HALF the cayenne pepper.
I'm wondering is this cayenne pepper measurement(2 Tablespoons) CORRECT, or is that some kindve TYPO?!?!? I am so disappointed. I have to throw it all OUT - 1/29/16

I cooked this on the stove as I had time today. I cooked a pork loin and let it fall apart in the cooking. Added two sticks of cinnamon. Used a large can of the diced tomatoes and two small cans of black beans. It is so delicious. My son-in-law will love it. I may never make beef chili again !

I shredded the pork chunks and added some cinnamon and bell peppers. I also used the black beans and tomatoes that are chili flavored. I topped with a tablespoon of shredded parmesan but a dollop of low fat sour cream would be good too. - 7/13/08
