Spicy Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts, no skin, cubed4 tbsp - Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce 2 c. - White Rice, long grain, cooked2 tbsp - Garlic1 tbsp- Tabasco Sauce or hot sauce of your choice1/2 c. - Scallions, chopped 1 c. - Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), Chopped1 1/2 tbsp - Fresh Cilantro
Directions
1 - Cook rice according to package.

2 - Spray medium skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, fry up chicken, scallions, bell pepper, and garlic until chicken is brown and peppers are tender-crisp.

3 - After chicken is done, add Stir Fry sauce, Tabasco, and cilantro, cover and simmer on very low for ten minutes, or until rice is done.

4 - Serve chicken over rice with salad. Very tasty!
