Asian noodles

Ingredients
Seimen noodles, 12 oz package3 cups green beans, (one inch pieces)2 cups celery, thinly sliced1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced1/2 cup green onions, sliced1 bunch cilantro, chopped1/4 cup rice vinegar1/4 cup soy2 T sesame oil2 t ginger, grated1/2 t sugar1/4 t black pepper3 garlic cloves, minced2 jalapeno peppers, minced
Directions
Break noodles in half and cook, adding green beans to last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain, rinse with cold water, drain. Place pasta and beans in large bowl with celery, pepper, and onions.

In food processor, add cilantro, garlic, ginger, and jalapeno and process well, add vinegar, soy, sesame, sugar & pepper and incorporate. Pour over vegetable and pasta in bowl, toss to coat. Chill, serve after 1/2 hour, or up to 3 days.
