Crockpot Asian Sesame Chicken

2- 9.75oz. canned chicken2- small zucchini's4- small summer squash1- green pepper2- carrots2 - large carrots3 cups uncooked brown rice2 cups of Kraft light reduced fat Asian sesame dressing
wipe inside of crock pot with canola or olive oil.
Cut up all veggies. add canned chicken. add 2 cups or one 16oz. bottle of dressing. And let marinade. Can start early and set however long or prepare the nite before.
Cook rice 3 cups separate with 7 1/2 cups water. Once this is done add to crock pot. Makes 20 - 1 cup servings, or 5QTS.
