Ingredients
drain all can of liquids, takes7 mins to throw together.I needed to come up with a Veggie version on refried bean as the Mexican Caterer cooked everything in lard. I needed this last minute and fast. Can be servered hot or cold.
Directions
drain lightly char corn kernals, when colored add roasted green chiles and blend. Add black beans crush some with the back or a wooden spoon if you like the refried bean constitantcy. Top with (pico de gallo) add tomato, white onion and cilantro. yummo!
