Zesty Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
3 medium russet potatoes1 tbsp fat free sour cream1 tbsp horseradish2 tbsp dijon mustard
Directions
Cube potatoes (I include the skin) and boil in water until soft. Mash in medium sized bowl. Add sour cream, horseradish and dijon mustard. Blend well until smooth.
