sweet potato coconut chick pea curry

4 C. chick peas 4 C. veggie broth2 C. chopped sweet potato1 can coconut milk4 T. Patak's mild curry paste
Directions
throw it all in the crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours!
i divide mine into 10 individual servings, add half a cup of brown rice and freeze for lunch!
