Oven roasted potatoes

Ingredients
2 lbs yukon gold potatos, washed and sliced into 8 slices2 T canola oil1 t salt1/2 t pepper1 t garlic powder1 t cumin1 t chili powder
Directions
Toss potato "spears" in canola oil. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over potatoes. Spread potatoes onto a foil lined baking sheet.

Bake 30 minutes at 350* turning after 15 minutes.

Makes 6 servings of 8 pieces
