Ron's No-Meat Chili

2 cups water4 cans (28 oz) of stewed tomatoes3 cans (40.5 oz) of redskin kidney beans, rinsed2 medium onions, chopped, finely3 Tbsps of Olive OilSame spices any cook uses for Lasagna1 tsp Cumin1 tsp cayenne1 Tbsp chili powder
Makes 16 cups of chili (serving size 1 cup).
Saute two finely chopped medium onions in 3 Tbsps of olive oil.
Add 4 cans of stewed Tomatoes and simmer, adding the spices at this time, too.
Add 2 cups water.
After about 4 hours of simmering, add the 3 cans of kidney beans (rinsing them first) and simmer for another 30 minutes, or so.
Done.
