This was a "throw it together" exercise, but I did weigh the fruit first. This made 10 small lollies. Ideal for kids and grown-ups alike - I'm a big kid when it comes to fruit lollies!
Make the tea following the packet instructions
When cooled sufficiently put in fridge to chill
Chop the fruit into chunks, blitz together with half the chilled tea (use a blender) adding more tea until smooth and creamy.
Pour into lolly moulds and freeze.
