Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz low fat cream cheese
    6 oz sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3 tbsp Splenda

Directions

Soften cream cheese in large mixing bowl.
Beat on medium speed with mixer, gradually add yogurt, vanlla extract, and Splenda.
Whip on high until light and fluffy.
Use as a dip for your choice of fruit such as peaches, melon, apple slices, or pears.

    I love fruit like apples dipped in caramel or cream cheese dips. This is a nice, low-cal dip in place of the "sugary" recipe I have. I also experiment with this dip by adding things like cinnamon, lemon zest, chopped pecans, etc. Good Recipe! - 9/16/08

    I use lemon yogurt and 1 t lemon juice instead of the vanilla extract. Gives it a little tartness. - 7/22/09
