Pancakes, Scrapple, Potatoes - Under 500Cal Dinner!!

Ingredients
**Bisquick Shake 'n Pour Buttermilk Batter**1/2 cup Smuckers' Sugar Free Blueberry Syrup**2 oz Turkey Scrapple**1 Small Potato with skin**Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
Directions
Yield: one serving

Place 2 slices of scrapple on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 7 minutes. Flip. Bake another 7 minutes. (Cooking time may vary, I prefer an extra crispy scrapple)

Concurrently, spray a small baking dish with cooking spray.
Dice the potato and place in baking dish with any desired spices (I use Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper).

Bake for 15-20 minutes, until desired tenderness is achieved.

Prepare pancake batter per directions on bottle.

Spray frying pan with butter flavored cooking spray.

Pour and cook 3 4" pancakes (1 serving according to Bisquick)

Top pancakes with sugar free blueberry syrup (heaven!!). Serve with potatoes and scrapple.
