Ingredients
pizza dough(enough for one personal pizza~my local grocery store sells their italian bread unbaked at the bakery counter, you just have to ask for it~I pull about a sixth of it off for the dough)3 seconds of a spray of Pam, twice1 italian tomato2 bocconcini, sliced(small fresh mozzarella balls)2 tbsp fresh basil, torn1 oz. cubed prosciutto
Directions
Prep your grill. Make sure it has a lid.

Inside, spread a little flour so the dough wont stick. pull the dough into a single serving shape.(use a rolling pin if needed)
Slice the tomato, and set it on a paper towel, so the slices can drain extra juice. Tear basil into bite sized pieces. Slice bocconcini. Set all ingredients up on a platter, a little flour under dough again, for easy access once you start grilling.

Outside, once grill is hot, spray one side of your dough with Pam for 3 seconds to prevent sticking to grates. (Dough will not fall through grates) Grill for 5-7 minutes until char marks appear on bottom side. Spray other side with Pam for three seconds, then flip the pizza dough. Immediately begin layering your prosciutto, tomatoes, basil and cheese. Put a lid on to melt cheese. Grill for 5-7 minutes or until underneath has char marks and cheese is melted.

Makes one personal pizza. I like doing the personal ones, because then I can add ingredients my children like to theirs, while still keeping mine healthy.
