Chicken and Mushroom Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 tsp ginger, grated1 tsp garlic, finely chopped1 tsp chilli, finely chopped285 g chikcen, sliced140 g selection of exotic mushrooms (cut into even pieces where necessary)95 g Broad beans, cooked1 Tbs Dubonnet Red (or rice wine)Water3 Tbs Soy Sauce375 g Cooked Red Rice )thoroughly drained)
Directions
Prepare vegetables.

Heat 2 Tbs oil in wok until hot. Stir fry chillie, ginger and ginger until fragrant. Add chicken and fry until brown. Add a little water to create a little steam.

Add mushrooms and broad beans, toss all vegetables untillcooked through.

Add Dubonnet Red and Soy Sauce along with Red Rice and toss until hot.
