3 bean and rice salad

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can Black beans1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn1 15 oz. can red kidney beans1 15 oz. can white kidney beans (Cannellini)1 cup dry Lundberg Wild Blend rice1 cup chopped celery1 clove garlic chopped3 Tbsp Olive oil2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Combine 2 cups of water with 1 cup dry rice in a pot, bring to a boil. Cover with lid, reduce to simmer for 50 min.

Remove from heat, let stand in covered pot for 10 min, fluff with fork.

Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add rice when it cools.

Serve immediately, Good both warm and cool.
