Japanese Ginger Broccoli and Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
Dressing1 Cup Olive Oil, 1 Cup Rice Vinegar, 2 small onions, 9 baby carrots, 2 tbls. orange juice, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Slaw1 Bag of Cabbage Slaw1 Bag of Broccoli Slaw5 oz of peanuts to sprinkle on top.
Directions
Mix two bags of slaw in very large bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients in food processor. Pour 2 cups over the slaw and reserve the rest for another use in the refrigerator. Makes 10 - 1 Cup servings or 20 - 1/2 cup servings. Makes sure to leave overnight. Sprinkle the peanuts on top as you serve.
