Refuced Calorie Beef-Broccoli Wellington

Ingredients
1 lb ground sirloin1 spear broccoli1 cup low fat mozzarella1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup non fat sour cream1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2(8oz) cans reduced fat crescent rolls1 egg
Directions
Heat oven to 375. In medium skillet, brown meat; drain well. Add broccoli, cheese, onion, sour cream, salt and pepper; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes.
Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. On ungreased cookie sheet, overlap long sides of 2 rectangles 1/2 inch; firmly press edges and perforations to seal. Press or roll to form 13x7-inch rectangle. Spoon mixture in 3 in strip lengthwise down center of dough. Bring long edges of dough rectangle over filling, overlapping edges slightly; pinch edge ends to seal. Repeat with other rectangle. Brush with beaten egg. Bake at 375 for 18 to 22 minutes or until deep brown.

    not bad for a quick tasty lowfat meal. need to let meat cool before you put it in crescent dough because it starts getting sticky. - 1/12/12
