Ingredients
2/3 rice1 envelope of onion/mushroom soup1 can cream of mushroom soup3 soup cans of water or more depending how you like your rice.2 leg quarters
Directions
Mix rice, soups and water in a 9 X12 pan, place chicken on top, cover with foil. and cook til done, but about the last 20 - 30 remove foil to brown chicken. Then dig in.

    lower the sodium by cutting out the soup mix and using cornstartch and chicken stock - 7/23/07
