Ingredients
-1 small chicken breast boiled, then coarsly chopped (5.6 ounces cooked)-1/8 cup apple finely chopped-1/8 cup raisins, not packed-1/8 cup onion finely chopped-1/4 cup light miracle whip
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Best on whole grain bread. Makes 1 cup of tightly packed salad. Calories per serving is based on 1/3 cup.
