Ksenija's Leek and cream soup

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove) * Leeks, 3 cup (remove) * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, strips or slices (remove) * Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove) * *Vegeta Food Seasoning 3g=1tsp, 4 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Half and Half Cream, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
Chop the vegetables. Heat oil in skillet and add the vegetables. Saute for a while and pour water over the vegetables. Let simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Add cream and let thicken (another 5 minutes).

You can add soup noodles (adds calories and carbs) to liking, or serve bread with it.
