Mexican Summer Bean Salad

Ingredients
- Black beans, 1 can- Pinto beans, 1 can- Yellow corn, 1 can- 1 Jalapeno pepper, chopped- 1 Small Red Onion, chopped- 4 Tomatos, chopped- 6 Tomatillos, chopped- 1 Avocado, chopped- 3 Garlic cloves, chopped- 4 tbsp Cilantro, chopped- 4 fl oz Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp Olive OilSalt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Chop all the veggies, put in a big bowl. Drain and rinse all the canned items, add to the big bowl. Add lemon juice and oil, mix together. Salt and Pepper to taste. Makes at least 6 servings, depending on serving size.
