2Tbs Olive Oil2lbs Ground Turkey2c Chicken Broth1c Sour Cream1c Chopped Onion1/4tsp Cinnamon4Tbs Curry Powder2.3c Long Grain White Rice
Heat oil in soup pot. Add Onions and cook untill tender/clear. Add Turkey and cook untill it begins to brown. Add Broth and simmer for 5 mins. Add Sourcream and Curry. Continue to simmer for 30 mins to 1 hour. Add rice and cook to thickness desired or serve over cooked rice.
