.5 cup dry old fashioned oats2 tbls oat bran cereal1 cup water2 tbls ground flax seeds2 tsp unpacked brown sugar2 tsp maple syrup
Combine oats, oat bran cereal and water in a 2-cup microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on medium (50% power) for 5-6 minutes.
Remove from oven; mix well.
Stir in ground flax seeds, brown sugar, and maple syrup.
